What is a Credit Bank?
If you are like most people, you have college credit in multiple colleges. You may have taken a class here and a class there. You may have taken a variety of health care and IT certification courses and tests. You might also have a bunch of CLEP and DANTES tests that you have taken. When you try to gather all of these together for work or school, it can be a challenge. This is where credit banking comes in.
A credit bank is sponsored by a university and allows you to build a unified transcript of all your college credit, placement tests, certifications and other education and work related history. This makes it easier when applying for college or proving past academic learning for your employer.
